Grateful for Muse’s Adam Wulf being available, otherwise this might have been a delayed post. Makes one wonder what happens when the humans in the loop are no longer in the loop? Do we redefine customer service (again) such as that swing from county stores to department stores? Or, does “service” become something even more meaningful and valued? Does service become the economy, versus just the description of it.
Also: we got an award this week 🏆
