Relearning to Swim - Not sure that the knowledge industry really gets just how universal sinking is when it comes to learning or applying. We shape arguments as facts, imposter emotions is faith and hope to transform some part of this pool; hoping the audience survive long enough to teach someone else our secrets... our methods of treading water. Yeah, some knowledge workers, and even some orcs, eventually figure out the better path. It’s not so much about keeping others from drowning but reminding them of their fins, gills, and electroreception. Once we ignite others towards that memory, it’s less about selling them a life raft; we open up the expanse of an ocean of realities.
